Setting up your own PBX server used to be a huge hassle. After hours of scouring the internet, I finally have two Samsung Galaxy Note II phones making high quality
calls using two separate Google Voice accounts over my own server! Because this uses data, you actually have unlimited calling in the United States and Canada using Google Voice. Unlike PBXes,
you can talk to somebody for longer than an hour without being inconveniently disconnected.
What's so great about setting this up is if you decide you don't want to pay your carrier for service, you can cancel and still make unlimited phone calls with your
real phone number with this method using any WiFi connection! You can port your cell phone number permanently over to Google Voice for a one-time $20 fee.

While I don't hold a PhD in telephony, I have done enough research to be able to supply the first video tutorial aimed specifically at frugal Android users who want to get VoIP calls
working on their phones. This is great for users who have low minutes on their cell phone plan (such as T-Mobile's 100 minute 4g plan for $30/mo) because once you're set up,
you won't even use your carrier minutes. This method also allows HD G.722 16kHz (phone lines are 8kHz) calls to anyone else you put on your server.
